Clamping fixtures, press tools and test benches rarely need large flows, but they do need pressure well above the usual machine level. The PR4-3X/1,60-700RA12M01 radial piston pump works with three pistons and a constant displacement of 1.6 cm3 and provides 2 l/min at operating pressures up to 700 bar.

Application

The pump serves high pressure clamping systems, press tooling and test equipment where a small flow at a high pressure level is required. Because displacement is constant, pressure is limited by valves in the circuit rather than controlled at the pump. The direction of rotation is fixed and has to be respected when the motor is fitted.
