About Pressure gauge fittings

The pressure gauge connector links an instrument with a G 1/4 female thread to a pipe run. It works with a sealing cone and cutting ring to DIN 2353 and is rated PN 315 bar. The four versions accept tube from 6 to 12 mm outside diameter.

What matters when choosing

• Tube outside diameter: 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm, together with the matching union nut from M12x1.5 to M18x1.5. Tube size and wall thickness determine the version.
• Thread: G 1/4 female throughout for the gauge. Sealing is done by the sealing cone with its FKM seal, not by the parallel thread.
• Nominal pressure: PN 315 bar for all four sizes, which also allows use in hydraulic circuits.
• Material: stainless steel 1.4571 to DIN 2353. The version suits compressed air, liquids, natural gas and hydraulics.
• Medium: the connector is not suitable for nitrogen, oxygen, helium, hydrogen or welding gases. That restriction comes before the choice of size.

The connectors are made from stainless steel 1.4571 to DIN 2353 with an FKM seal and are manufactured in Germany. They are not approved for nitrogen, oxygen, helium, hydrogen or welding gases.
