Elastomer expansion joint, flange connection DN125-PN16 (DIN/EN), bellows in NBR (high temperature)

In use, the expansion joint takes up length change, lateral offset and angular deflection of the pipe run and damps structure-borne noise. It is supplied with a face-to-face length of 150 mm and a flange outside diameter of 250 mm. It is produced from NBR (high temperature). In addition the data give the DN125-PN16 (DIN/EN) flange connection.

Benefits

• Axially the bellows takes 40 mm of compression and 10 mm of extension.
• Lateral offset up to 15 mm and angular deflection up to 15 degrees.
• Bellows in NBR (high temperature) with a steel cord carrier, permitted up to max. +110 °C.
• Face-to-face length 150 mm at 22 mm flange thickness and 250 mm flange outside diameter.
• Steel flanges that turn on both sides make it easier to line up the hole patterns during installation.

Applications

In heating and cooling circuits the bellows in NBR (high temperature) takes up the length change of 40 mm.
