About Calibration, testing and service unit

The calibration, test and service unit checks pressure instruments on site instead of removing them and sending them away. The service case covers a measuring range of -1 to +40 bar and is supplied with a works calibration certificate. Four keys operate it, and the high sampling rate keeps each check short.

What matters when choosing

• Measuring range -1 to +40 bar has to include the range of the gauges and transmitters under test, in both pressure and vacuum.
• Port thread G 1/4 male connects the item under test, other threads need an adapter.
• Operating temperature -10 °C to 50 °C and medium temperature -20 °C to 50 °C both limit use outdoors and on warm plant sections.
• Housing of PBT with 30 % glass fibre is made to survive transport in a service vehicle.
• Works calibration certificate: it is included and forms the basis for tracing your own test results.
