Riegler glycerin-filled pressure gauges use a glycerin fill to damp the movement against vibration and pressure surges. The range comprises more than 380 items in plastic cases with G 1/4 bottom connection and nominal size Ø 63.
It covers vacuum and positive-pressure ranges, from -1 / 0.0 bar through combined ranges such as -1 / +9.0 bar up to 0 - 10 bar. The damping keeps the reading steady and legible even under pulsating pressure.
Liquid filling is recommended wherever vibration or pressure pulsation occurs, for example on pumps, compressors and hydraulic power units. The combined measuring and vacuum ranges suit systems with alternating positive and negative pressure.
