Straight connector with 60° cone, with 60° cone, union nut with 60° male cone G 3/8", Stahl verzinkt

For stud ports on units and blocks the straight connector with 60° cone forms the transition. The material used is zinc plated steel. The union nut with 60° male cone G 3/8" accepts the mating part. The nominal pressure is 425 bar.

Benefits

• The 60° cone provides a metal to metal seal and makes additional sealing compound unnecessary.
• 1 component connects device and line, an intermediate piece is not needed.
• Steel takes the tightening torque on the G 3/8" thread without permanent deformation.
• The nominal pressure of 425 bar defines the load limit of the joint.

Applications

Connection of pumps, valves and cylinders, control blocks, hydraulic and lubrication lines. The zinc plated steel suits hydraulic and compressed air lines in mechanical engineering.
