Electric Hydraulic Tensioning Pump, Solenoid Valve, 4 L, 230 V, European Plug - Enerpac ZUTP1500SE-H

The ZUTP1500SE-H reaches up to 1500 bar for bolt tensioning tools and hydraulic nuts, runs on 230 V with a European plug and uses a pendant-operated solenoid valve. Its built-in heat exchanger keeps oil temperature down during continuous duty, so longer tensioning runs stay possible.

Benefits

• Heat exchanger keeps oil temperature low for extended continuous duty
• Solenoid valve with 6 m pendant for single-person operation
• Easily accessible manual override valve if power is lost
• 1.25 kW universal motor for a strong performance-to-weight ratio
• Two-stage design: fast system fills, controlled flow at high pressure
• Replaceable 10 micron breather and inline high-pressure filter keep the oil clean

Applications

Suited to longer tensioning runs across several joints. Operate only with the fittings and hoses approved for these ultra-high pressures.
