Adjustable male stud tee, M 48x2, tube 38 S, stainless steel 1.4571

Once installed, the adjustable male stud tee connects a precision tube to a metric male stud thread and branches off an adjustable third path. It is produced from stainless steel 1.4571. The data give male stud thread M 48x2 and tube connection 38 S (M52x2). In addition the data give heavy series.

Applications

When retrofitting a measuring point on a line of the heavy series the second threaded port on the device is not needed.

Standards and conformity

Before assembly the stud thread and cone, the inside of the union nut and the cutting ring are oiled. Thin-walled or soft tubes need a reinforcing sleeve.
