Sealing washer, D 190 mm, PTFE (white), spare part for pipe unions

Where a joint becomes leaky after repeated dismantling, the sealing washer replaces the worn sealing element. PTFE (white) determines the load capacity and the corrosion behaviour. The diameter D is 190 mm.

Benefits

• At 190 mm the diameter D is defined in the data sheet and can be planned in advance.
• Replacing 1 sealing element saves replacing the complete fitting.
• The spare part fits the existing joint, 1 work step is enough and no conversion is needed.
• PTFE (white) stays elastic at 190 mm diameter D and keeps its recovery force.

Applications

Maintenance of releasable pipe connections, servicing of couplings, spare part stock. The sealing material is renewed during cleaning and repair of existing joints.

Standards and conformity

The materials comply with the regulations FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and (EC) 1935/2004.
