Collar drill bushing form A to DIN 172, bore 34.5 x 45 mm, collar 52 mm, case-hardening steel

Made for holes of 34.5 mm, this bushing guides the tool over 45 mm. The medium series combines a press fit of 48 mm outside diameter with a 52 mm collar that holds the bushing in the plate.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form A, with a guiding bore of 34.5 mm. In form A the bore is rounded only on the side of the collar. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
