Collar drill bushing DIN 172 form B, bore 25 mm, length 36 mm, collar 39 mm, hardened steel

With a bore of 25 mm and an overall length of 36 mm, this bushing keeps the tool on track inside the drilling jig. The collar of 39 mm diameter and 5.0 mm height bears on the drill plate and secures the bushing against axial slipping.

Applications

It is used wherever holes of 25 mm have to be produced without centre punching and without wandering, for example in jigs for series parts, in assembly gauges or in prototype work.

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form B, with a guiding bore of 25 mm. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
