Collar drill bushing form B to DIN 172, bore 24.5 x 45 mm, collar 39 mm, case-hardening steel

When drilling in jigs, this bushing keeps the 24.5 mm tool on position. The guiding length is 45 mm, the press fit measures 35 mm in diameter and the collar 39 mm.

Applications

The design complies with DIN 172 form B. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground.
