Collar drill bushing DIN 172 form A, bore 21.5 mm, length 45 mm, collar 34 mm, hardened steel

Made for holes of 21.5 mm, this bushing guides the tool over 45 mm. The long series combines a press fit of 30 mm outside diameter with a 34 mm collar that holds the bushing in the plate.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form A, with a guiding bore of 21.5 mm. In form A the bore is rounded only on the side of the collar. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
