Collar drill bushing form B to DIN 172, bore 2.7 x 8 mm, collar 9 mm, case-hardening steel

This bushing of the short series guides drills of 2.7 mm diameter over 8 mm. The collar with 2.5 mm height stops the bushing from being pushed down through the holder during machining and sets its height clearly.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form B, with a guiding bore of 2.7 mm. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
