Collar drill bushing form B to DIN 172, bore 13.4 x 36 mm, collar 26 mm, case-hardening steel

This collar drill bushing guides drills and reamers of 13.4 mm diameter over an overall length of 36 mm. The 22 mm outside diameter sits in the press fit of the drill plate, while the 26 mm collar rests on the plate surface and takes up the feed force.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form B, with a guiding bore of 13.4 mm. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
