Collar drill bushing form B to DIN 172, bore 11.6 x 12 mm, collar 22 mm, case-hardening steel

When drilling in jigs, this bushing keeps the 11.6 mm tool on position. The guiding length is 12 mm, the press fit measures 18 mm in diameter and the collar 22 mm.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form B, with a guiding bore of 11.6 mm. In form B the bore is rounded on the opposite side as well. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
