Collar drill bushing form A to DIN 172, bore 1.1 x 9 mm, collar 6 mm, case-hardening steel

With a bore of 1.1 mm and an overall length of 9 mm, this bushing keeps the tool on track inside the drilling jig. The collar of 6 mm diameter and 2.0 mm height bears on the drill plate and secures the bushing against axial slipping.

Applications

Standard and material

The basis is DIN 172, form A, with a guiding bore of 1.1 mm. In form A the bore is rounded only on the side of the collar. The material is case-hardening steel, hardened to 740 ± 80 HV 10 and ground afterwards.
