The DBW 20 B2-5X/315U6EG24N9K4V/12 pressure relief valve protects high flow circuits and can also be unloaded electrically. As a pilot-operated poppet valve in size 25 it passes up to 500 l/min, with a pressure setting range between 2 and 315 bar.

Application

The usual place for this valve is the pump outlet of a large power unit, where peak pressure has to be capped and the pump unloaded during idle phases. Because the solenoid handles the unloading, a separate bypass valve is not required. FKM seals and the 500 l/min rating suit presses, injection moulding machines and test rigs.
