Holding hydraulic pressure at a set value and taking the pump off load between working strokes normally calls for two devices. The pilot-operated DBW 10 pressure relief valve in size 10 relieves up to 250 l/min and unloads the circuit through its 24 VDC solenoid.

Application

The valve protects pump circuits, presses and clamping systems against excess pressure and keeps the pressure at the value set on the pilot stage. Its second switching position takes the circuit off load during pauses or while the pump runs up, which removes the need for a separate unloading valve. Two ports and the subplate mounting to ISO 6264-06-09 suit an existing mounting plate or a manifold block. FKM seals match HL hydraulic fluid where temperature demands are raised.
