When a circuit carrying up to 160 l/min has to be reversed and the pilot oil comes from a separate source, this pilot-operated 4WEH 10 J4X/6EG24N9S2DL directional spool valve does the job. The size 10 spool works at a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar and follows spool symbol J across three switching positions. Pilot oil supply and pilot oil return are external.

Applications

The valve mounts on a subplate to ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 and reverses cylinders and hydraulic motors in presses, lifting gear and machine tools. Because pilot oil is fed in and returned externally, the pilot pressure can be set independently of the main circuit. At 160 l/min and 280 bar it suits drives in the medium to upper power range. The NBR seals are matched to HL hydraulic fluid.
