A pressure relief valve has to hold its setting even when the flow jumps. The pilot-operated DBW 10 B2-5X/200-6EG24N9DK24LV/12 uses a poppet design for that, is adjusted at the internal hexagon between 4 and 200 bar and copes with up to 250 l/min.

Application

The valve limits pressure in power units, on presses and in pump circuits whose system pressure is fixed at a value below 200 bar. The solenoid adds a second switching position that is commanded from the machine control. Mounting is done on a subplate to ISO 6264-06-09, so the valve fits into existing size 10 control blocks. The FKM seals suit circuits with raised temperature demands.
