Between two working directions a control often needs a third, defined position. The pilot-operated 4WEH 10 E4X directional spool valve in size 10 provides it through symbol E, passes up to 160 l/min and works at operating pressures up to 280 bar.

Application

The valve controls cylinders and hydraulic motors in machine tools, test rigs and power units of medium output. The third position to symbol E gives the drive a defined state between extend and retract, for example during a tool change or a pause in the cycle.
