Description
When one branch of a machine has to stay well below pump pressure, a separate pressure relief valve holds that limit. The pilot-operated DBW30A2-5X/100YU6EG24N9K4/12 sets it between 2 and 100 bar, works to symbol A and relieves up to 650 l/min.

Application
Machines with several pressure stages run the secondary branch through its own relief valve so that tooling and clamping devices are not overloaded. Subplate mounting keeps the piping out of the valve and puts the channels into the manifold. The solenoid unloads the branch between cycles.
