Not every plant offers a subplate, so pressure protection sometimes has to go straight into the pipework. The DBW 30 BG2-5X uses a threaded connection, covers 3.8 to 100 bar and unloads through a built-on directional spool valve.

Application

The threaded version suits power units that are protected as a retrofit, where no room is left to add a mounting plate. A ceiling of 100 bar fits circuits built around large piston areas, in which modest pressure already produces high force. Size 32 still passes the full 650 l/min.
