Description
As a pilot valve the 3DREP 6 C-2X/25EG24NJK31/V*ET brings the pressure of a downstream stage to the electrical setpoint. The adjustment range reaches 25 bar, the maximum operating pressure is 100 bar and the flow is 15 l/min. Control is electrical with external electronics on 24 VDC.

Application
Pilot valves of this design sit between the control system and the main stage, for example ahead of proportional directional valves or variable pumps. Because the electronics live outside the valve, the controller can be exchanged in the cabinet without removing the valve. FKM seals widen the choice of hydraulic fluid compared with an NBR build.
