Large presses and forging lines call for flows that a size 16 body can no longer handle cleanly. The 4WRLE25W1-350SJ is therefore built as size 25 and passes up to 1250 l/min at 350 bar operating pressure. Internal main spool position feedback holds the set opening even when load pressure swings during the stroke.

Applications

This size runs press main cylinders, forging manipulators and large test rigs. The progressive characteristic allows a fast approach stroke and fine metering on contact with the workpiece without swapping valves. At 18.85 kg the manifold should be supported accordingly.
