When pilot pressure comes from a separate circuit, the main valve needs external pilot oil supply and external pilot oil return. This version of the size 25 4WRLF provides exactly that and works up to 350 bar operating pressure at 400 l/min nominal flow. The fieldbus electronics sit on the valve.

If the main circuit drops to very low pressure during the cycle, the pilot stage must not depend on it. The 4WRLF25W6-350LJ-4X/MXY00/24ND90 therefore takes its pilot oil from outside and returns it separately to tank while metering 400 l/min nominal flow at up to 350 bar.

Application
This version pays off wherever a separate pilot power unit exists or the system pressure swings widely, for example in press drives and test rigs with decompression phases. The ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 interface matches the 280 bar version, so changing over needs no new subplate.
