Application
External supply is needed on accumulator-driven presses, on test rigs with changing load profiles and anywhere working pressure temporarily falls below pilot pressure. A dedicated constant-pressure line or a small pilot pump covers that duty. The unpressurised Y drain keeps back pressure off the pilot stage.
