A pump needs a firm pressure limit, and during idle phases the circuit should carry as little pressure as possible. The DBW10A2-5X/315 does both in a single component, limiting pilot-operated across 4 to 315 bar and switching to unloading through a built-on directional spool valve with a 24 VDC solenoid.

Applications

In press, clamping and power unit hydraulics the valve caps system pressure at the set value and protects pump and piping against overload. Solenoid unloading takes pressure off the circuit between cycles, which saves drive power and limits heat input into the oil. It mounts on a subplate to ISO 6264-06-09 in circuits up to 250 l/min.
