Size 10 proportional pressure reducing valve with external electronics that lowers the pressure in the branch from B to A steplessly down to the command value. With a flow of up to 300 l/min and a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar, the secondary pressure can be changed straight from the machine control.

Application

Valves of this kind feed clamping, pressing and holding branches where the pressure has to change during the process, for example when switching between a rapid stage and a force stage. The amplifier electronics sit outside the valve and receive the command value from the machine control. Installation is by subplate mounting to ISO 5781 with HL hydraulic fluid. The FKM seals suit higher oil temperatures in continuous duty.
