A control loop that receives its command as plus/minus 10 V from a PLC analogue card finds its matching actuator in this valve. The 4WRZE16E3-150 handles 150 l/min nominal at size 16 and passes up to 460 l/min at peak. This version has no pressure reducing valve in the pilot stage, pilot oil is taken internally from the P channel and returned to tank through an external line.

Applications

The valve fits power units with a central pilot oil circuit, for example on presses, test benches and lifting gear. The E3 mid position links A, B, P and T and leaves the cylinder unpressurised at standstill, which helps during manual work on the machine. Where a closed centre is required instead, Bosch Rexroth offers the 4WRZ(E) series with other spool symbols.
