When a fixed displacement pump works permanently against a relief valve, the surplus power ends up as heat in the tank. The SYDFEE-2X with 18 cm³ displacement adjusts its swivel angle electrically and supplies only the flow actually needed, up to 59 l/min at 280 bar.

Applications

The system feeds injection moulding machines, presses and test benches with holding phases at high pressure and low flow. Because the pump swivels back while holding, power loss and cooling demand drop. HLP is the specified fluid and rotation is clockwise.
