Anyone building an accumulator station from parts has to source and certify shut-off, protection and indication separately. This accumulator assembly comes fully mounted on a console, with a 50 litre bladder accumulator, an accumulator shut-off block and a pressure gauge with red marking.

Application

The assembly covers accumulator duty in power units that buffer load peaks or feed emergency lowering. Because the shut-off block and safety valve are already matched and tested, no in-house assembly of single parts is needed. The pressure gauge with red marking shows the permitted limit directly.
