When system pressure has to differ from one cycle step to the next, the relief valve must follow a command value rather than a fixed spring. The DBG20-1X/200YP2 is pilot-operated, works as a seat valve and is driven by external digital electronics, at a 200 bar pressure rating and a flow of up to 600 l/min.

Applications

The valve limits and sets pressure in presses, forming lines and test rigs that run several pressure levels in sequence. The A to B and A to Y symbol also allows venting through the Y port, so the circuit can idle unloaded. The 200 bar rating fixes command resolution below the permitted maximum pressure. At 8.2 kg the valve stays manageable even in block installation.
