When system pressure has to differ from one cycle step to the next, the relief valve must follow a command value rather than a fixed spring. The DBG20-1X/200YP2 is pilot-operated, works as a seat valve and is driven by external digital electronics, at a 200 bar pressure rating and a flow of up to 600 l/min.

Applications

The valve limits and sets pressure in presses, forming lines and test rigs that run several pressure levels in sequence. At 8.2 kg the valve stays manageable even in block installation.
