A bladder accumulator on its own is not yet a station ready for service. The ABSBG-2X/B50,0N-CE /31E315G 24V/A6M DC accumulator assembly supplies the 50 l accumulator on a console together with shut-off block and pressure gauge, rated for 315 bar and flows up to 900 l/min.

Applications

The station buffers pressure peaks and covers short bursts of demand in presses, test rigs and power units with strongly varying consumption. Because accumulator, shut-off block and safety valve come as one unit, there is no need to put the components together on site. Installation and connection have to allow for the 166 kg and the G1 1/2 port size.
