Proportional Directional Valve 4WRDE10V100L-6X/MXY/24A5 - Bosch Rexroth R901435602

A closed-loop axis needs a valve that measures its own spool position instead of just converting a current. The pilot-operated 4WRDE10 in size 10 uses internal spool position feedback and turns a command value of plus/minus 10 V into up to 100 l/min nominal flow at 350 bar operating pressure.

Applications

The valve belongs where an axis has to hold a position within tight limits: feed axes on machine tools, cylinders in forming presses and test rigs with changing load. Subplate mounting to ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 makes it a direct replacement for an existing valve of the same size. Hydraulic fluid HL is intended, the seals are NBR.
