A separately routed pilot drain keeps the set value steady even when the return line is under pressure. This pilot-operated seat design in size 32 uses that and limits up to 650 l/min to a value between 4 and 315 bar.

Application

It goes into manifolds of presses, power units and test rigs fitted with a return filter or cooler. Back pressure in the tank line would otherwise falsify the limit. Once commissioned, the setting is secured with the cap.
