For circuits that work permanently above 300 bar, the setting range of this version runs from 4 to 325 bar. The margin to the 350 bar maximum operating pressure is therefore narrow, so the cut-off point has to be matched to the weakest component in the circuit. The pilot-operated poppet valve discharges up to 400 l/min across the ISO 6264-08-13 subplate interface.

Application

The place for this valve is the high pressure circuit of a press, a forging line or a test rig. Poppet seat design keeps leakage low in the closed position, which limits oil heating under continuous high pressure. Solenoid actuation switches the circuit without touching the value that was set.
