Once a cut-off pressure has been set, it should not drift in series production. This pilot-operated pressure relief valve is adjusted from 3.8 to 180 bar through an internal hexagon under a protective cap and passes up to 580 l/min through its threaded connection.

Application

Intended for pump protection and pressure stages in power units, presses and machine tools running at a fixed process pressure. Electrical unloading drops the circuit to zero pressure during pauses and relieves the pump as well. Approval covers HL fluid, and the seals are NBR.
