The higher the setting pressure, the more a valve has to discharge the flow without becoming a restriction. This pilot-operated pressure relief valve works across a setting range of 4 to 305 bar and discharges up to 700 l/min through its subplate connection.

Application

Suited to presses, forging lines and large power units working above the common 200 bar stage. The high permitted flow fits circuits fed by several pumps or by accumulators. The solenoid drops the system to zero pressure during setup pauses, which cuts heat input and pump load.
