A cylinder that needs 325 l/min to keep its cycle time cannot be accelerated and braked cleanly by a switching valve. The pilot-operated 4WRZE in size 25 converts a plus/minus 10 V command into continuous spool travel and takes its pilot oil internally from the main channel.

Applications

The valve drives main axes in presses, rolling stands and plastics machinery where large oil volumes have to be moved under control. Because pilot supply and drain run internally, a manifold with the four main ports is enough. UKCA conformity to SI2016/1091 covers electromagnetic compatibility.
