From size 16 upwards the solenoid force of a direct actuated valve is no longer enough to move the spool against the flow forces. The 4WEH16J7X/6EG24N9ETS2K4/B12 solves this with hydraulic pilot control and therefore switches 300 l/min on a 24 VDC signal.

Applications

Typical installation points are presses, injection moulding machines and power units with large cylinders whose travel speed depends on the available flow. The valve is mounted on a subplate to ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 and switched from the machine control. Internal pilot oil routing keeps the piping effort low.
