Back pressure in the tank line distorts pilot pressure and with it the control behaviour. The 4WRZ25E1-220-7X/6EG24N9EK4/M avoids that with an external pilot oil return while the supply comes internally from the main circuit, and it controls 220 l/min nominal flow.

Applications

Typical installations are power units with a shared return manifold where several consumers discharge at the same time. Pressure in the tank channel then rises briefly, and the external Y line keeps the pilot circuit out of it. Concealed auxiliary actuation allows the axis to be checked during commissioning.
