Applications

Fully internal pilot oil routing is the simplest arrangement in a manifold, because neither supply nor return has to be taken outside. It assumes a working pressure that reliably exceeds the minimum pilot pressure, otherwise the pilot stage will not shift during start-up. In plants with pump pressure permanently available that is the normal case, for example on presses and machining centres.
