A power unit that works against a relief valve all day converts drive power into heat. The SYDFEE-2X/045R-PRA12KC1-0000-A0A0CXX pump control system adjusts the swivel angle of the variable pump instead and supplies up to 117 l/min at a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar.

Application

The system feeds presses, injection moulding machines and test rigs whose demand changes sharply across a cycle. Because the pump swivels back at part load, oil heating and cooling effort drop. In master and slave operation several units follow one common demand signal.
