Rather than dumping surplus oil across a relief valve, this system sets the swivel angle of the pump to demand. Up to 84 l/min and 280 bar the loop works analog, covering swivel angle control, pressure control and master/slave operation.

Applications

The system suits power units that must hold pressure over long dwell phases, for instance on presses and clamping rigs. Because the pump supplies only the flow demanded, heat losses in the reservoir drop. This build comes without a through-drive.
