A pilot-operated directional valve needs pilot pressure before the main circuit can provide any. The 4WRZE32W8-520-7X/6EG24K31/F1D3M therefore takes its pilot oil externally and drains it externally, works at a nominal flow of 520 l/min and withstands an operating pressure of up to 350 bar.

Applications

The valve suits large hydraulic systems with a separate pilot circuit, such as press lines, water engineering plants and high flow test benches. Because pilot pressure is available independently of the main circuit, the valve can be brought into a defined position even with port P unpressurised. The external drain keeps the pilot return away from the tank pressure of the main circuit.
