The valve covers three switching positions to symbol G and is shifted hydraulically by a pilot stage. Pilot oil comes from the working circuit while its return leaves through a line of its own, at up to 300 l/min.

Applications

This design moves large cylinders in presses, lifting gear and punching machines. Because pilot oil comes from the working circuit, that pressure has to reach the minimum pilot pressure, including at the end of the cycle. The separate return makes sure switching peaks in the tank line do not reach the pilot stage.
