A forming axis without a separate control oil pump needs a valve that supplies and protects its own pilot stage. The 4WRZ32W8-360-7X/6EG24EK4/D3M takes pilot oil internally, returns it externally and handles 360 l/min nominal flow at up to 350 bar.

Applications

The valve fits presses and roll drives where a large cylinder area is moved under control. The external pilot oil return keeps the pilot stage clear of back pressure in the tank line. Signal processing calls for a separate amplifier, the output stage is not mounted on the valve.
