The control system combines a variable axial piston pump of size 45 cm³ with electronics that regulate swivel angle and pressure. At a maximum operating pressure of 280 bar it supplies up to 117 l/min, and no external controller card is needed for that.

Applications

The system is used where flow demand varies strongly and drive power should follow it, for example on injection moulding machines, presses and test rigs. In master/slave operation several units can be run onto a common pressure level. The pump is mounted through the ISO 2-hole flange and the fitting key shaft takes the torque. The direction of rotation is fixed as clockwise.
